A small practice, built on being reachable.

Tax work should be explained in your own words.
MLM Tax Services LLC began with a straightforward idea: the people who need the most help with their taxes are usually the ones least served by a seasonal chain. A storefront that turns your return around in twenty minutes cannot explain what it did — and it will not be there in July when a letter arrives.
So this practice is deliberately built the other way. It is small enough that the owner prepares the returns. It is remote, which means a client in Michigan and a client in Texas get exactly the same attention, and no one has to drive anywhere to get it. And it runs all year, because books and questions and plans do not stop in April.
The work itself is unglamorous and important: individual returns, small business returns, bookkeeping, payroll. The part clients tend to remember is that someone picked up the phone and explained it.
Three things the practice is actually built around.
Your taxes. Our priority.
Every return gets read properly before it is filed. That is not a slogan — it is the reason a small practice can beat a storefront that hands your file to whoever is free.
More refunds. Less stress.
The goal is not a number on a screen. It is knowing what you owe or what is coming back, understanding why, and not spending March worrying about it.
Build wealth, not just paperwork.
A filed return is the end of one year and the start of the next. Bookkeeping, planning and financial literacy are what make the second year better than the first.
Where you live should not decide how well your taxes are done.
Every part of the process was built to work at a distance: documents shared securely, meetings by phone or video, signatures electronic, and answers given in writing so you can look back at them later.
It also means the practice is not limited to one town. Clients come from all 50 states, and the service does not change depending on the zip code.
